Paneer Butter Masala Ingredients

400grams Paneer
6 Onions
4 Tomatos
2tsp Mirchi Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
4tsp Oil
50grams Butter
1/2tsp Turmeric
1tsp Green Chilli Paste
50grams Cashew Nuts
50grams Water Melon Seeds
2tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
2tsp Salt
2 or 3 Chillies
cinnamon and Bay Leafs
Small Pinch Food Color

Paneer Butter Masala Curry Preparation

Fry Paneer Cubes in the oil for 2 min and Keep them aside.

1) Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add bay leaf and cinnamon saute for 10 sec.
2)Add Onions, Chillies, and Ginger Garlic Paste Fry them 5min.
3) Add Onion Paste and tomato Pureeand stirr well. saute for 5min and add little bit of water.
4) Add Turmeric, Green Chilli Paste, Mirchi Powder and Salt.
5) Add Sashew and water melon seeds Paste and Stirr well, saute the Paste till the oil begins ti leave the sides of masala paste.
6)Add garam Masala, Some Butter, food Colour and Paneer Cubes and cook the for 2 to 3 min till they come soft.
7)Don’t Cook Them for a long time as thhe paneer will become dense.
8)Add Cashew Nuts and grated paneer for Garnish
9)Serve Paneer Butter Masala curry with Roti or Poori or Plain naan or butter naan.
