Antibacterial soap

To get rid of body odor you have to eliminate bacteria. Use a anti-bacterial soap for taking bath. This will wash of the bacteria and keep your pits clean and smelling fresh.

Shave Armpits

The more hair under your arms can create a swampy environment for bacteria. Hair is porous, it absorbs odors and slow the evaporation of sweat. It is recommended to shave your underarms so that the bacteria doesn’t get trapped in the hair and doesn’t produce body odor.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar has the antiseptic properties that kills bacteria and balance PH levels of the skin. Apply apple cider vinegar underarms and use in the shower. Then rinse off with cool water to combat body odor.

Deodorant

Deodorant may not prevent sweating, but it blocks the odor that’s been triggered by the bacteria. You can also use an antiperspirant which is beneficial in reducing sweating, some antiperspirants may contain deodorizer, which keeps you smelling good too.

Odor-triggering foods

Avoid the foods like red meat, garlic, onions, curry powder, spices, alcohol and caffeine, as they may trigger body odor. These foods cause you to sweat a lot, which results in body odor.
