The Bhagavad Gita is considered to be among the greatest spiritual books the world has ever known. The Bhagavad Gita is referred as the Gita, has 700 verse Hindu scripture in English which is a part of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. Lord Krishna describes in a very clear and wonderful way the of self-realization and the process by which a human being can establish their eternal relationship with God.

The Gita is a conversation between the warrior-prince Arjuna and the Lord Krishna. at the Battle of Kurukshetra fought between the Pandavas and the Kauravas.

Bhagavad Gita is incomparable in terms of pure, spiritual knowledge. its intrinsic beauty is that its knowledge applies to all humans. The main purpose behind the Bhagavad Gita is to enlighten for all of humankind the realization of true nature of divinity and holiness; for the most elevated spiritual conception and the best material perfection is to accomplish love of God!

The Bhagavad Gita combines the concepts expressed in the Vedas and Upanishads, and synthesized into a single, coherent vision of belief in one God and the underlying unity of all existence.

The Gita inspired the Bhakti Movement which influenced the development of Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism. Lord Sri Krishna explains the path of selfless devotion as one of the paths toward self-actualization, recognition of the truth of existence, and liberation from the cycle of rebirth and death.
