Chicken Fried Rice Recipe Preparation
Chicken Fried Rice Ingredients
1) Chicken 250grms
3) Curd 1 cup
4) Corn Flour 3 tsp
5) Maida 2 tsp
6) Chopped Onions 1 cup
7) Chillies 4
8) Capsicum 1 Small
9) Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 tsp
10)Chicken Masala 1 tsp
11)Coriander Powder 1 tsp
13)Garlic pieces 10
15)Turmeric 1/2 tsp
16) Tomato Pury 3 tsp
Chicken Fried Rice Method
1) Remove skin from the chicken and wash thoroughly under running tap water.
2)Cut the chicken boneless thighs into pieces.
3) With a sharp knife prick the flesh of the chicken all over and make incisions on the pieces. This helps the marinade to go all the way inside the chicken. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl.
4)In a large bowl, add Curd, Ginger and Garlic Paste, minced garlic, Chicken masala, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and oil and mix them together and make a smooth paste.
5)Pour this paste over the washed chicken and mix everything together. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hour in the marinade or as long as you have time until you cook chicken. The longer the meat is left in the marinade the better, yogurt act as a tenderizer.
6)Thirty minutes before you are ready to cook, take the marinated chicken out of the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature.
7)Fry These Chicken Pieces in the oil.
8) Heat Oil in to Pan, Break and Add eggs, and cook on Low flame.
9)Add Onions, Capsicum, chillies, Garlic Pieces, Tomato Pury, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chicken Masala and fry them Lightly.
10)Add Chicken Pieces and Rice, Mix Well and fry for 2 to 3 min.
11)Garnish wih Coriander Leaves and Chicken Fried rice ready.
