Egg Porutu Recipe

Egg Porutu Ingredients:

1) Eggs 3
2) Large Onions 2
3) Green Chillies 2
4) Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
5) Pinch of Turmeric
6) Oil 2 tbsp
7) Jeera 1/2 tbsp
8) Curry Leaves 4
9) Garam Masala 1 tbsp

Egg Porutu Preparation

1) Add Oil to a Pan. Add Jeera, Chopped Onions, and Chopped chillies, then Fry Until golden / Brown colour.
2)Add Curry Leaves.
3) Break the Eggs and Pour them in to Pan, and scramble lightly. Keep Cooking On Low Flame. Stir Egg Recipe Constantly to prevent burning.
4)Add Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala. Stir well, Check the Salt and Spice and Adjust.
5) Cook Until Cooked. Stop the Stove.
6) Serve Egg Cury with Rice or Chapathi or Bread.
