Andhra Special Pepper Chicken Ingredients
Chicken Drumsticks – 250 grams
Turmeric – 5 Grams
Green Chilly Paste – 50 Grams
Ginger Garlic Paste – 25 Grams
Lemon Juice – 25 ML
Cumin Seeds – 3 Grams
Curry Leaves -1 Gram
Onions – 50 Grams
Coriander Powder – 25 Grams
Crushed Pepper – 25 Grams
Coriander Leaves – 25 Grams
Salt to taste

Andhra Pepper Chicken Preparation Method
Chop the Onions and Coriander Leaves.
Now Marinate the chicken drumsticks Pieces with Turmeric Powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, green chilly paste and lemon juice.
Keep Kadai and heat Oil and add cumin seeds in oil.
After they crackle, add the chopped onions and saute till they turn in golder colour.
Add curry leaves, Crushed pepper and coriander powder. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes and add marinated chicken pieces.
Sear on high flame, then reduce heat and cook for a further 15 to 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and cook for 2 to 3 mintutes.
