Chicken Palakura Curry
Chicken – 1 kg
Spinach/Palakura – 4 bunches
Chukkakura – 2 bunches
Preparation Method :
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion and green chillies.
Fry for few minutes.
Add chicken and fry on low flame
Grind ginger, almonds, elaichi, kash kash, Garlic and Dry coconut into a paste.
Add turmeric, salt and mix well
Add Mirchi Powder and mix
Add grinded masala paste.
Chop the palakura and chukkakura
Add the chopped leaves into chicken curry.
And cook for few minutes.
Add Garam masala and pepper powder and mix well.
cook for few minutes.
Add coriander and remove from flame.
Now the Chicken palakura curry is ready
