Mango Thokku Pachadi
Mango Thokku pachadi is a traditional pachadi recipe prepared with raw mangoes. It is a famous summer recipe which can be stored for 1 month. Mango thokku pachadi can be served with rice, roti, chapati and dosa.
Mango Pieces – 8 kgs
Fenugreek seeds – 100 gms
Garlic cloves – 250 gms
Red Chilli powder – 500 gms
Turmeric powder – 3 tea spoons
Salt – 500 gms
Sesame oil – 1 kg
Cut mangoes into small pieces and grind roughly ( not smoothly)
Dry roast fenugreek seeds and grind to powder.
Grind cloves also roughly.
In mango mixture, add garlic cloves paste, salt, fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
Then add sesame oil into this and combine properly.
