Homemade Face Pack

When ever women face any skin problem, they try different types of face pack and creams available in market. But they contain chemicals which may be harmful for the skin.

Instead if trying the face packs and creams available in the market, try using home made face packs. And also add fresh fruits, vegetables and leafy greens in your diet. This doesn’t cost you much and the easiest way to have a glowing skin.

How to prepare a homemade face pack :

Almonds or Badam – 5 to 6

Sandal wood powder – 1/2 table spoon

Milk –  2 Table spoons

Honey – 1/4 table spoons.

Soak almonds in water and grind it into a smooth paste with milk.

Add sandal wood powder and honey to it, mix well and keep aside.

Wash your face cleanly with cool water.

Apply this mixture and to face and neck and let it to dry for 20 minutes.

Then wash off with warm water.

Repeat this twice in a week for better results.
