Aviri Kudumu Recipe

Aviri kudumu is a traditional recipe prepared with urad dal. It is famous and healthy recipe.

Ingrdients  :

Urad Dal

Preparation :-

Wash urad dal and soak for 2 to 3 hours in water

Grind it into a fine paste

Boil some water in the idly cooker

Take a clean cloth

Pour the urad dal batter on the cloth

And pack the cloth.

Keep idly plate in the idly cooker

place the batter cloth on the idly plate

cover with lid

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes

Switch off the flame

Afer few minutes remove lid

Now the aviri kudumu is ready to serve

Transfer it into a plate

Serve with ghee and sugar or ghee and chilli powder.
