Well-hydrated skin looks and feels plump and healthy. Drink rose water, said to have anti-aging properties, to help with skin aging by reducing wrinkles, lightening dark spots and tightening pores. Drink rose water as a mood enhancer, to relieve depression or stress and improve mood.

Add a cup of rose water to the bucket of water and use it for bathing. This keeps your skin smooth and healthy with fragrance with out any body odour.

After coming home from outdoor during summer, sprinkle some rose water on your face. This keeps your skin fresh and moist.

After cleaning your face, apply rose water on your face and leave it for few seconds. Then clean it with cotton ball. This removes dust and dirt from your face, keeps you fresh and even closes the skin pores.

Take 2 spoons of cucumber juice and 1 spoon of rose water and mix well. Apply on face and massage after 3 minutes. When dried wash off with cool water. It gives a healthy and glowing skin.
