Mushroom Curry Recipe

Mushrooms are the most famous and healthy food. Mushroom curry is the famous, delicious curry recipe. Mushrooms are mostly available in rainy season.

Onions – 2
Green Chilli – 2 to 3
Turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon
Red chilli powder – 1 to 2 spoons
Coriander Seeds – 1 table spoon
Kashkash – 1 table spoon
Jeera – 1 spoon
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Coconut – small piece
Ginger – small peice
Garlic – 4 cloves
Oil – 2 Spoons
Salt to taste

Preparation Method

Heat oil in pan
Add chopped onions and green chillies
Fry for few minutes
Now add chopped mushrooms
Mix well
Cover and saute for few minutes
Grind all the masala ingredients
Add little water and grind to a paste
Add turmeric and salt.
Add chopped tomatoes and mix
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add the masala paste and mix.
Add red chilli powder
Add some water and mix well.
cook for some time
Add chopped coriandrer
Remove from flame
