Mirchi Bajji Preparation
Salt to taste
Baking Soda a pinch
Oil for Deep Frying
carom seeds powder
Add Gram flour into a bowl.
Add rice flour to it.
Add salt & baking soda.
Add water and make a thick batter.
slit green chillies
grind carom seeds with salt.
mix little batter in the carrom seeds powder.
fill the carom seeds mixture in the green chillies.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the green chillies in the batter and drop in the oil.
fry on both sides till golden brown.
remove from oil and place on a paper napkin.
