Egg Pasta Recipe Preparation
Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine, with the first reference dating to 1154 in Sicily. Both dried and fresh pasta come in a number of shapes and varieties.
Pasta – 2 cups
Eggs – 4
Chopped Onions – 1/2 cup
Green Chilles – 2
Ginger GarliC Paste – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric – 1/4 tea spoon
Soya Sauce – 1 tspn
Tomato Sauce – 1 tspn
Maggi Masala – 2 packets(small)
Oil – 2 tbspn
Salt to taste
Egg Pasta Preparation :
In a bowl take pasta, add water and little salt and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Take eggs into a bowl and beat them well.
Heat oil in a pan and add the beaten eggs.
Fry for few minutes and stir.
Add turmeric, salt and mix well.
Fry for few more minutes, then add onions, green chilli slits and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
Add tomato sauce and soya sauce and mix.
Add cooked pasta, maggi masala and mix well.
Stir fry for few minutes and remove from flame.
