Crispy Murukulu Recipe

Murukulu is a famous Indian snack recipe. Murukulu is the all time favourite snacks for everyone. It is a deep fried snack recipe prepared with rice flour. Murukulu can be served as evening snacks or can also served with meals as a side snack. Learn how to prepare crispy and tasty murukulu.

Ingredients Required :

Rice Flour – 1/2 kg

Mirchi Powder – 2 tea spoons

Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tea spoon

Salt – 1/1/2 tea spoon

Sesame Seeds – 2 tea spoons

Carom seeds – 1/2 tea spoon

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tea spoon,

Oil for Deep Frying

Preparation Method :

Heat some oil in a pan.

Take rice flour into mixing bowl

Add mirchi powder and salt

Add sesame seeds, carom seeds

Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder

Combine all the ingredients

Now add 1 table spoons of hot oil in the rice flour mixture.

Mix well

Now add some water and mix the dough in small portion.

Knead the dough very well.

Keep this dough mixture in the murukulu maker.

Press murukulu in the hot oil.

Fry on both sides till golden brown.

Remove from oil into the oil strainer vessel.

Continue the process for the whole dough.

Now the Crispy and Tasty Murukulu is ready to eat.
